Shipping

We use Australia Post to ship our domestic orders and DHL or Australia Post’s International pack and track airmail services for our international orders with shipping options, costs and estimated times as set out below-

• Standard (3-5 working days) - $10
• Express (2 working days) - $15
• International (2-3 weeks)- $30

You will receive a tracking number when your item has been sent.  Please note Express Shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.

Please note duty and taxes can incur on some international orders and are applied by countries customs.  Those possible custom duties and fees are the customers responsibility.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!  If you are not, please email hello@iamthreads.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a request for an exchange or credit note.  Once your request has been approved via email please return your order in its original condition, with tags attached to the below address-

All return shipping costs are at the customers expense.  We are also not responsible for any returned lost items so suggest using at trackable shipping service.

Items purchased on sale are unable to be returned and/or exchanged so please purchase carefully.
