  1. I Am Threads -
    1. SEME Enterprises (ABN 19 743 845 358) is the owner and operator of the retail clothing business ‘I Am Threads’ (referred to as I Am Threads, we or us) that sells clothes online via iamthreads.com.au (the Website).
    2. These terms and conditions set out the policies relating to copyright, shipping, returns and the collection, use and disclosure of personal information (the Terms and Conditions).
    3. If you register as an I Am Threads customer or purchase products through the Website you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Copyright -
    1. The Website and its contents are subject to copyright, which is owned by SEME Enterprises and is protected by international copyright laws. All rights are reserved.
    2. All logos and trademarks on the Website, and that are used in the products, are the property of SEME Enterprises or their respective owners and any use, or misuse, is prohibited unless expressly authorised.
    3. If you find any copyrighted images on the Website without copyright owner’s agreement please let us know via hello@iamthreads.com.au and we will look to remove it within 24 hours.
  1. Shipping -
    1. We use Australia Post for all domestic orders; and DHL or Australia Post’s International ‘pack and track’ airmail services for our international orders to send your item/s with the shipping options and estimated times as set out below -
      1. Standard (3 – 5 working days)
      2. Express (2 working days)
      3. International (2 – 3 weeks)
      1. Shipping prices are available on checkout. All orders will be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours of the item being sent.
      2. Please note that Express Shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.
      3. Please note duties and taxes may be incurred on some international orders and are applied by country of arrival customs. Those possible custom duties and fees are your responsibility.
      1. Returns -
        1. We kindly request you consider your items carefully before purchasing. If you do find your items are not suitable then we will accept a return on an exchange basis or for an I Am Threads credit for equal value. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@iamthreads.com.au and approved via return email.
        2. The item must not have been worn, washed or used in anyway and must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging included. Once returned, if we find that the item is in a satisfactory condition, the exchange or credit note will be issued to you via email within 7 days, please note we will be required to charge you for the additional shipping costs.
        3. If the item is damaged, we may at our discretion decide not to provide a credit note for the item. In this instance we will return the item to you and charge you for any additional shipping costs.
        4. All returned shipping costs are at your expense. We are also not responsible for any returned lost items so we suggest a trackable shipping service.
        5. Returned items are to be shipped to I AM Threads Returns, I AM Threads Returns:

        6. Items purchased on sale are unable to be returned and/or exchanged unless they are faulty.
        7. We do not accept refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged when you receive it.
      1. Faulty Items –
        1. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us immediately on hello@iamthreads.com.au with a brief description and photos showing the fault.
        2. Any claim of a faulty item must be made within 7 days of the date the item was received.
        3. If the item is deemed to be faulty or defective then we will contact you to determine whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.
        4. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment use are not considered to be faulty.
      1. Privacy Policy – (referred to herein as the Privacy Policy)
        1. Personal Information: we collect and hold personal information that is reasonably necessary for the operation of I Am Threads, which may include –
          1. your personal details such as your name, email and/or physical address, telephone numbers, employer, date of birth, age and gender;
          2. financial information;
      • what, how and when you buy from us or have expressed an interest in buying from us; and/or
      1. demographic information and your stated or likely preferences, for example whether you may be interested in particular products or promotions.
      1. Collecting Your Personal Information: we may collect your personal information from you or from a third party when you -
        1. visit the Website;
        2. when you contact I Am Threads via email or other medium;
      • when you engage with I Am Threads via social media; or
      1. when you subscribe online to receive I Am Threads newsletters or other information.
      1. Using Your Personal Information:
        1. We use personal information to provide services to you, which includes offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order.
        2. We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates, new products and promotional offers. If you no longer wish to receive communication from us then you may unsubscribe. If there is no unsubscribe option due to the format of communication then please let us know on hello@iamthreads.com.au if you would like us to remove your personal details.  
      2. Disclosing Your Personal Information:
        1. We do not sell, share or trade personal information collected with any third parties unless we are required to do so by law, governmental or regulatory order.
        2. We will only share your personal information with third parties in relation to the provision of the service and fulfillment of your order.
      3. Protecting Your Personal Information:
        1. I Am Threads takes the security of personal information seriously and we take reasonable steps to protect the security and privacy of your personal information, including ensuring it is only accessible by persons that require access.
        2. I Am Threads has directed its staff that personal information must be dealt with in accordance with this Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and kept secure from unauthorised access or disclosure.
      4. Minors:
        1. The Website sells clothes intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from children.  The Privacy Policy and other Terms and Conditions apply to the parent or guardian responsible for the use of the Website or purchase of products.
        2. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us on hello@iamthreads.com.au.
      5. Protecting Your Credit Card Details:
        1. All credit/debit card information you provide to us is transmitted via secure technology to the payment processor.
        2. For security reasons we do not store your credit/debit card details on our records, so you will be required to re-enter these details each and every time you make a purchase.
      6. Website, Cookies and Other Technologies:
        1. If you visit the Website, I Am Threads may record information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, the I Am Threads’ pages accessed, and any information downloaded. This information is used for statistical, reporting and website administration and maintenance purposes, including identifying usage trends, to track users’ movements around the Website and to gather demographic information about I Am Threads customers.
        2. Like many other websites, I Am Threads may use ‘cookies’ and other technologies such as web beacons and JavaScript from time to time. A cookie is a piece of information that allows us to identify and interact more effectively with your device. The cookie or other technologies helps I Am Threads maintain the continuity of your browsing session, remember your details and preferences when you return, to conduct re-marketing or deliver customised advertising content. We may use Google Analytics and may use Facebook, Instagram and Google as advertising partners. You can configure your web browser software to reject cookies or opt out from targeted advertisers. However if you reject cookies or opt out of online services then some parts of our Website as a result, may not have full functionality.

        1. We may modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions (including specifically the Privacy Policy components) at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website.
        2. We will indicate any changes by updating the date of the Terms and Conditions.
